Health & Safety Committee

We protect our students’ health and safety at Franklin and in the community.

• We keep the Nurse's office stocked with enough changes of clothes and shoes for all grade levels should a need a rise, and healthy snacks and juice for kids who have medical needs or are simply hungry.

• We get the school ready for disaster preparation by suppling each classroom with a backpack to use in emergency situations, it includes items like a first aide kit, CPR mask, whistle, water and food (enough for each student). The on-campus emergency shed is also fully stocked with emergency needs for the whole school. 

• We oversee all beautification initiatives on campus including murals on playgrounds, spring cleaning of the campus (washing down desks and chairs, landscaping between classrooms) and the gardens.
