SMMPTA Council is Seeking Nominations for 2026-2027

SMMPTA Council is currently seeking nominations to fill its Executive Board for the 2026–2027 academic year and would greatly appreciate your help in sharing this opportunity with your PTA members. The following positions are open:

  • 3rd Vice President, Health & Safety

  • 4th Vice President, Education

  • Recording Secretary

Board members are expected to attend SMMPTA Council meetings in Santa Monica; however, with the exception of a few in-person meetings, most are held via Zoom.

If any of your members would like more information or are interested in placing their name on the ballot, please have them reach out to the 2026 Nominating Committee by emailing zakiyalivefree@gmail.com by February 10.
