Franklin Dance Team SignUps for 4th and 5th Graders!
Franklin Elementary is thrilled to bring back the Dance Team for its third year — a fun and free enrichment opportunity where students learn dance technique, practice routines, and perform at school assemblies and events! It is open to all 4th and 5th graders; all experience levels welcome.

Lisa (LeeLee) Medford, Founder and director of Soul of Cali Creative Arts Haven, has been coaching youth dance for 15 years, trained with Alvin Ailey American Dance theater, and danced for Nike and Adidas. She can’t wait to create magic and memories with our Franklin dancers!

Practice Dates & Times:
● Tuesdays from 3:05 - 4:05pm starting September 15th
●Morning practices on the Fridays we perform from 7:45 - 8:15am (performance dates and any announcements will be communicated to parents/guardians through weekly newsletter emails)
Behavior Expectations:
● All Franklin school rules and values apply
● Attend all practices and performances (exception of excused absences- please notify instructor)
● Commit to the Fall 2026 session (September 15 - February 5th)
● Practice routines at home via Google Classroom
● Show teamwork and school spirit!
