Chess Club Meetings at 7:45am and During Lunch Recess, Starting Wed 9/24 in the Library

There are two opportunities for kids to play chess!

• Whether you're a seasoned player or just curious about the game, Chess Club is the perfect place for any student who loves chess or is hoping to learn the game. Join us in the Library every Wednesday during lunch recess to play, learn, and improve our skills in a friendly environment.  

• We will also be meeting every other Wednesday morning for a combination of instruction and student-led games. Parents can drop their children off for these morning meetings or they can choose to stay for the lesson; either is fine.

Dates: Every other Wednesday morning - 7:45-8:25 am - starting September 24th and continuing on the following dates: 10/8, 10/22, 11/5, 11/19, 12/3, 12/17
Time:  7:45 am to 8:25 am
Where:  Franklin's Library
Who:  Any Franklin kids interested in learning about chess; parent attendance/participation is definitely not required, but always welcome
