Written By Monica Gelfand

The new school year is here and we’re kicking it off in style! Join us for an evening of friends, games and activities! BYO dinner but leave room for desserts from Kona Ice, LA-Donut, Rosita’s Fruits and Sure Good Ice Cream!

There will also be an awesome temporary tattoo station, chalk art and balloons for everyone! Come hang out with all the wonderful friends and families in our Franklin community!

We need volunteers to help make the evening a success! If you can lend a hand during the event, please sign up for a shift. We’d love your help!

When: Friday, September 25th, 5–7 PM
Where: Idaho Ave, between 23rd and 25th Streets

*Please bring your own lawn chairs

Thank you to our 2026-2027 Across the Sky Sponsor, Abraham Orthodontics!
