Dear Franklin Families,

Thank you to all of our amazing volunteers, sponsors, and donors for all that you did to make the 2026 Move-A-Thon such a great success. The students had the best time moving, grooving, running, climbing and bouncing! We all loved showcasing our Lightning Bolt Tattoos!  Huge thanks to everyone who made it happen!

Report cards went home with all elementary school students today.  The standards-based report cards are a valuable communication tool used to share the grade level standards and your child’s progress towards reaching those standards. The grades and comments on the report card reflect your child’s performance and highlight both strengths and areas for continued growth. We hope that you will use this as a guide to recognize your child’s efforts and accomplishments, and to support him/her in the targeted areas for growth and improvement. 

Thank you again for your continued support of your child’s education in so many ways.  We place tremendous value on the fact that educating your child is a true partnership!

Next week, our Franklin library is having its Winter Book Café on Friday the 13th and I look forward to reading some books with our students. Please come and peruse our new books with your children and enjoy a cup of coffee and a donut while you do!
